Dirk Iserlohe

A trained banker and currently Group CEO of HONESTIS AG, Dirk Iserlohe has worked in the hotel industry since 1988: initially as a hotel real estate banker from 1988 to 1995 and, since 1995, at the former issuing house Dr. Ebertz & Partner.
He has been responsible for the Dorint brand since 2007.
In 2015, HONESTIS AG was recapitalised with share capital of €140 million and established the hotel group DHI Dorint Hospitality & Innovation, whose Supervisory Board he chairs.

Björn Weidner

A fully qualified lawyer who has been closely associated with the hotel industry since 2008.
His knowledge of the REVO Group's hotel operations extends far beyond the legal perspective.
Björn Weidner serves as Managing Director of the HONESTIS Group subsidiary.

With this takeover, DHO Deutsche Hotel Operations GmbH operates its first hotel in partnership with franchisor Accor S.A. and the property owner, DEKA.
